3 Modern micro cabins (560 sq. ft. each) sits on the back 5 acres of a private estate.  You will have the entire 5-acres to yourself, including a newly constructed 1.5-acre pond with a swimming beach.  EACH of the cabins includes the following amenities:

  • 1 Queen in bedroom 
  • 1 Queen in the loft (sleeping room only) in 2 of the 3 cabins

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner

We built these cabins in 2017 after a great experience hosting guests on our 50 foot motor yacht on Kentucky Lake. We loved chartering, but decided to find a way to bring our love of our own experiences closer to home. Our goal is to finish with 5-6 cabins and a large pavilion for gathering space.
